1. Login to NCADA AMP

2. Locate the ‘My Events’ area and click ‘Register for Events

3. Locate the appropriate event and click ‘Register.’

NOTE: You may be required to complete existing or additional ‘Forms’ before registering for the event. If so, sign and submit all forms and follow on-screen instructions until you arrive at the ‘Forms Complete’ page. You will only have to do this once.

WHY? The Association requires accurate attendee information (name, school, member #, etc.)  and selections.

4. Click ‘Yes, Register

Locate the ‘Pay Online by Credit Card’ and ‘Pay by Check’ options on the event information form.

To Pay Online by Credit Card (Deadline to process is March 1st.

1. Sign and submit the form, then follow the on-screen instructions.

2. You will immediately be registered and paid!

The 2026 NCADA Awards Luncheon (3/15/26 at 12:30 pm)

Renaissance Hotel in Asheville

The NCADA Luncheon is one of the highlights of the Annual State Conference. We are honored to recognize the invaluable work that athletic directors do daily for more than a quarter of a million student-athletes participating in our education-based athletic programs. These individuals have proven themselves to be among the best athletic administrators in North Carolina for their outstanding work with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, parents, and other stakeholders in their communities.

Gerald M. McGee Award of Excellence – This award will be presented at the discretion of the NCADA Awards Committee, the Executive Director of the NCADA, and the President of the NCADA.  This award will be presented for loyalty to the NCADA and contributions to the profession, which represent excellence in achievement. (Roger Dixon, Retired)

NCADA’s Lifetime Achievement Award – This award will be presented to an individual who has exhibited excellence and significant contributions in the field of athletics through their dedication, loyalty, service, and spirit over their lifetime. (Brindon Christman, SW Guilford High School)

NCADA AD of the Year Award – Highlights the efforts of athletics directors from across the state for their commitment to excellence and positive contributions to student-athletes, coaches, and their communities. (Brian Carver, Enka High School)

The 2026 Conference Banquet (3/15/26 at 6:30 pm)

Renaissance Hotel in Asheville

We will induct our Hall of Fame Class of 2026 and recognize our Big Three (Jerry McGee Award of Excellence, Lifetime Achievement, and AD of the Year) winners at the banquet. Don’t miss this networking event, and help us celebrate the achievements of our colleagues.

features Deran Coe and Linwood Jerald, both dedicated athletic directors and coaches with over 80 years of service to North Carolina high school sports. They will be officially inducted during the 2026 NCADA Conference Banquet on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

The ceremony will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, NC, as part of the 2026 NCADA Annual State Conference. Each inductee will be celebrated with a special video presentation and receive a commemorative Hall of Fame Ring and Case from Herff Jones.
