On behalf of the Executive Board of NCADA and our members, we sincerely thank you for your continued support and commitment to education-based interscholastic athletics. The lifelong memories we continue to create in the lives of those we serve are a catalyst to growth and equip our student-athletes for the “Game of Life.” Let us continue to be intentional in our daily decisions and disciplines to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to participate in our programs and turn moments into memories.
We are excited to host everyone again in Wilmington at the Wilmington Convention Center from Friday, March 28th, to Saturday, March 29th. We hope each of you can join us for two-plus days of networking, connecting, and relationship-building.
We will be registering through NCADA AMP this year. Returning Vendors will receive a link in your inbox from the NCADA AMP mailman that will prompt you to set up your NCADA AMP vendor account with a password. Once your account is confirmed, you can complete your conference forms, choose your booth (Wilmington Convention Center Grand Ballroom Floor Plan below), and pay for your registration through your account. You will receive a link to the Embassy Suites or Aloft to book your room once you register to attend and pay your registration fees. This is first come, first served.
We will open registration to new vendors/exhibitors on Monday, 1/6/25, at 8:00 am.
Reminder: Your booth(s) are not secured until you register and the NCADA receives payment.

The Vendor/Exhibit Show will be in the Wilmington Convention Center during the following hours:
Friday, March 28th Trade Show Set-up. 7:00 am to 11:00 am
Friday, March 28th Registration and Trade Show Opens at 11:00 am
Saturday, March 29thh Registration Opens 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

NCADA Sustained Support
To better serve our members, provide financial support for our association, and create enduring relationships with our current and future sponsors, the NCADA Sustained SUPPORT (105%) was developed and implemented by the Executive Committee of the NCADA. The Executive Board will add five percent to your annual giving for each successive year as long as you maintain the same monetary commitment or increase to the next level beginning with your second year.
(E.g., Bronze Partner Pledge=$1,500 per year, Year two value =$1,575, Year three value= $1,653, Year four value =$1736, etc.)
