NCADA Exhibit Show Cancellation Policy:

If the NCADA receives written notice of cancellation before February 15th, the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal of 10% of the total exhibition fee. If written notice of participation cancellation is received by March 1st the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal of 50% of the total exhibition fee. If written notice of participation cancellation is received after March 1st, the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibition fee.
