Why do we do what we do, the way we do it?

In North Carolina, there are almost 300,000 reasons why. That’s the number of student-athletes (full-time students, part-time athletes) that participated in our education-based athletic programs last year in our high schools.

We will focus on one aspect of leading an Education Based Interscholastic Athletic Program every day in October.

I believe every one of us has a desire to accomplish great things, to do something meaningful, and have an impact. So many of us don’t take the actions necessary to create the success we desire in our life. We have provided one (defined) value, one action, and one philosophy for each alphabet letter. Embrace the journey; we only get to take it once.
